Paul Bini
Partner
Based in Brisbane, Paul, has more than 25 years’ experience working in government and media. Paul has a reputation as an effective strategist and campaigner.
For the past 14 years, Paul has specialised in business, public affairs, policy and communications consulting.
Previously he worked in government and politics at both state (Queensland and Victoria) and federal levels, including Chief of Staff roles in Education, Justice and Attorney General, and the Arts.
His client engagements have spanned much of the Australian economy, including: Financial Services, Energy and Resources, Infrastructure, ICT, Defence, Heavy Manufacturing, Professional Services, Agriculture, Hospitality and Retail.
Paul holds a Bachelor of Arts and Laws, a Graduate Diploma in Applied Economics, and a Master of Business Administration (MBA).
Jeff Popp
Partner
Jeff has over twenty years of experience working in politics and media in both Australia and Canada. In this time, he has developed strong networks in the political, public and private sectors.
He was Chief of Staff to Jeff Seeney, former Queensland Deputy Premier, Minister for Infrastructure and Planning from 2012-2015. He was also responsible for managing the Opposition Leader's media from 2005-2008, including in a state election campaign.
Jeff also has extensive private sector experience having managed media and campaigns for high-profile resource-based businesses, infrastructure projects, as well as on behalf of a Fortune 500 company.
Candice Stower
Principal Consultant
Candice brings over 10 years’ experience in strategic policy development and stakeholder engagement.
She has served as Chief of Staff and Senior Policy Adviser to Commonwealth Ministers, where she led policy and provided political advice across a wide range of portfolios including agriculture, water, Northern Australia, and resources.
Most recently, she worked in the private sector as a Corporate Affairs Policy and Industry Specialist in a highly regulated industry.
Ashley Jarquin
Senior Consultant
Ashley is a senior corporate affairs, strategy and communications executive with more than 20 years’ experience advising organisations through complex business, reputational and stakeholder challenges.
Her experience spans the infrastructure, construction, transport, utilities and government sectors, with particular expertise in corporate affairs, strategic communications, stakeholder engagement, market positioning and organisational transformation.
Her Government experience includes roles advising the Hon Gladys Berejiklian when she was Minister for Transport, and also as Director of Communications for Transport for NSW and Sydney Trains.
Ashley has worked closely with leaders, executive teams, boards and governments to shape strategy, build influence and reputation, navigate complex stakeholder environments and position organisations for growth.
